Genetics Retreat NVHG graduate meeting

Registration

Registration for the Genetics Retreat and/or the Pre-Retreat is very easy. Go to the online ticketshop, choose your ticket, register and pay online. You will receive your ticket and invoice in your mailbox. Together with a proof of payment you may claim your expenses to your employer/School/research institute.

Do you like to register for the Genetics Retreat with an abstract? Please do so before 29 March 2023, follow the abstract guidelines and save the file on your computer. In the second screen of the registration form you can upload your abstract. Then you can proceed to check-out.

There are 3 kind of tickets:

Combi: Pre-Retreat (3 May 2023) ánd Genetics Retreat (4-5 May 2023): € 225,--
Genetics Retreat (4-5 May 2023): € 165,--
Pre-Retreat (3 May 2023): € 75,--

The Pre-Retreat is including coffee breaks with snacks and dinner. The Genetics Retreat is including coffee breaks with snacks, lunch and dinner.

You may also like to nominate an extra* participant and both participants will receive a one-time 15% discount. Sounds good? Send an email with the subject 'discount for 2' to: judith.maszewski@mumc.nl and put the nominee in the CC. We will send the both of you an unique discount registration link.

*Withdrawal of either participant at a later stage will void the registration discount.

Accommodation

Do you require accommodation at the venue, conference centre Rolduc? Visit the website of Rolduc and book your room at the lowest rate available, without reservation or administration fees, via a secure connection.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of your participation after 24 April 2023 we are forced to charge you for the full expenses. Should you have booked a room at Rolduc, please keep their cancellation policy in mind.
Contact the organizing secretariat and the secretariat of the venue in case of cancellation.
